My unique blend of experience as a staff nurse, nurse manager, and nurse educator will enhance your experience in leadership development as a manager.  My specialty is with Pregnancy Resource Center medical clinics from start up to maintenance.  I also work with hospital nurse managers and medical clinics to get started on the right foot or to get a fresh re-start.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing

  • Master of Science in Nursing Education

  • 28 years experience in the hospital and clinical setting including Parkland Hospital Dallas, TX; Baylor Scott & White Waxahachie, TX; and FirstLook Sexual Health and Pregnancy Center. I have 2 years experience teaching in the ADN Program at Navarro College and 18 years in Nurse Management.

My husband and I have 3 children, 7 granddaughters, 3 cats, a flock of sheep and about 50 chickens. We love working on our little farm, gardening, time spent with family and friends, and camping, hiking, and kayaking in God’s beautiful and amazing outdoors. Helping others find and hone their knowledge and confidence as managers and leaders is my why.
